We are looking to hire our next store leader/manager at our Rockland, MA location. Our current store leader is retiring next spring and we want to bring in an outstanding individual now, who will contribute to our success while we train and integrate you into our unique culture and repair process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience with a collision repair background as an estimator/blueprinter and a very real passion to spend their career working in the collision repair industry. We are looking for the person who is humble, hungry and smart and has the potential to become an outstanding leader. The position requires a strong work ethic, a high level of responsibility and a desire to, in essence, run your own business.

Initial compensation (78-104 K) will be very competitive with an outstanding long term upside based on your ability to build a team that consistently performs at a high level.
